This is one game I might have to dust off the PS2 for. Looks like some really good new content for one of the best systems of all time.

Maticus6234d ago

My PS2 still sees plenty of action... probably because I can't afford a PS3 yet :P

Leord6234d ago

PS3 users can use it anyway :)

question is, will Ps3 players buy it?

jrsenkbe6234d ago

This game has been out in Japan for awhile, thats why its not on PS3. There new game will be, plus there making Persona for the PSP.

I am buying it and I have a PS3. But I'm pretty much buying it for the plush, I'll play it when I get bored of SO4, Cross Edge and inFamous.

and I have a PS3. Actually, half of the games I've been playing on my PS3 are PS2 RPGs.

RandomNPC: Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs King Abbadon Review

RandomNPC writes: "When Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army was released in the winter of 2006, it seemed to be a bit of a black sheep for the Shin Megami Tensei series. The game was much more about the alternate history detective story at the core of its plot than it was about the more traditional mythological influences of the series, and although the combat system still focused rather strongly on exploiting elemental weaknesses, the fact that it was action-based rather than turn-based made the game feel quite different from the normal SMT title. Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs King Abbadon brings the Devil Summoner sub-series a bit more into line with the overarching feel of the SMT series, but still retains most of what made the first game interesting. In short, Devil Summoner 2 is a solid improvement on the series."
