Winter Wolves Software has announced the release of Spirited Heart, which it describes as a fantasy life simulation game. In the new title players choose one of three female protagonists (a human, an elf, and a demoness) and help their chosen character find success and happiness during a ten year span of time. Spirited Heart features 20 jobs from which to choose, six potential marriage partners, 26 possible endings, and a variety of random events and encounters.
DSOGaming writes: "Winter Wolves has just announced the release of Spirited Heart Girl’s Love. Spirited Heart Girl’s Love is an expansion of the standard game Spirited Heart. It adds six new beautiful and interesting female characters to date, each one with her own personality and life goals, increasing the original number of romanceable characters to 12."
A simulation/role-playing game from independent Italian studio Winter Wolves, Spirited Heart puts players in the shoes of a young woman living in a medieval fantasy city who works to earn a living while trying to win the heart of one of six bachelors. It's a simple and potentially appealing concept. Alas, its frustrating character growth system and unfair game design makes it difficult to give this romance sim much love.
