Honestly, if that's what actually happens at E3 I'll be bored to effin tears!

I really pray that MS have got more than yet another cherry picked exclusive to show us as well, and no I don't mean a Rare game that you can play with your crappy avatar(seriously who in the whole wide world-much less the crowd on Live who bay for blood more than any-wants that? WHO?)-why can't they let Rare make another proper game? I'm not joking there wasn't one thing in what IGN think MS will do that interested me and that's a worry-surely it can't be that poor? I want games for my 360. I guess there'll also be a KH announcement though but that still falls into the uber dull payed for franchise dept like FF13 last time, they must do more this year.

Sony will do something big and it's hard to put your finger on what as all the internal studios near the end of their dev cycles AND we know the PSP2 is coming. So Sony is pure guess work when they've loads it could be-still doubt they'll cut the price of PS3 though.

Nintendo will annoy everyone again by promising fireworks then filing to say anything about an games anyone cares about. If we're lucky they might let us know that Zelda's next installment is on the horizon but I can't ever see the KI announcement coming. Otherwise I can''t see much Ninty will have to say.

I hope I'm wrong(and I pray IGN AU are!)and that this year we see original games coming from MS/Rare/Valve or whoever for 360 and not just more old PS2 franchises gone multi. I also hope Nintendo change their habits and tell us something good and I think Sony have too much to tell and as a result will mess up saying what they've got, confuse everyone and damage sales(again). But I know nothing so, hey, who cares? I still feel I'm more near the mark than IGN though.

I see MGS4 on 360 is STILL being predicted... how many years has it been now? Every year I hear the same thing from them.

In all seriousness, an MGS4 Substance edition going multiplatform (360 exclusive? Bah, not happening) would be fine by me, and actually welcome. Why? Because it means MGS4 for PS3 would get trophies and more content, bring on the VR missions! I would definitely upgrade.

It would also be hilarious (and petty, yes, but predictable) to watch the fanboys flipflop because now its not a big deal that they are the ones getting "leftovers" and "it's just an overrated movie" no longer applies eh? But I digress, the more people that can enjoy the ending to the one of the greatest franchises of all time, the better.

I want to see the math they used to predict an 80% chance of MGS4 on 360. No one has even been discussing the possibility of that since late last year so either someone at IGN UK heard something or the authors have their heads in the clouds.

MGS would be big like Bioshock, and every other title the PS3 got like a year later. Ya it's cool, but who cares? everyone already played it.

Sony to spring FW 2.8 on us during their keynote and will release it that evening, just like the US video store update. BUT... this will include all the features we are craving, like voice chat partys etc.

We already have an option for cross game audio chat, but it is greyed out, it will be active around E3 I think.

But E3 will mark one year that the US has had a video store, and we everywhere else STILL don't have one.

Yes good points MrJack, why have we not got the video store in PAL regions, its crazy. And yes, they are teasing us with the ingame audio chat "greyed" out!! IF Sony can announce and release firmware 2.8 with features thats one step ahead of the 360 ( 360 has 6 person party chat - ps3 to have 10 to maybe 15, like their text chat lobbies??) it would be HUGE and a show stealer for sure. We all know PS3's hardware/games blow 360 out of the water technically and visually, we just need the online component to do the same, and where better to implement and announce :)....

it's just that the 360 cannot handle MGS4 graphics-wise, the sound would be compressed, and it was take 8 dvd's.. and oh yeah, the crapbox will explode/RRoD/E74. MGS4 is too much for it - like playing crysis on a 486-class computer
