In one of the games unlockable challenge modes, which has you trying to best waves of crazed foes under a certain amount of time, we saw just how the gang-style melee combat will work. X is your standard punch attack, but if anyone comes up behind you to give you a good whack, Y will snap to that other enemy. It leads to a lot of awesome Batman-no-look punches which are definitely a staple."
