The PlayStation 3 console has received it fair share of unique titles within its two-plus years on the market. Whether it was Valkyria Chronicles, Heavenly Sword, or the upcoming Heavy rain, the console has provided memorable gaming experiences for the world to experience. While most of the attention is paid towards AAA titles like Killzone 2 and Gears of War 2, many games like X-Blades go un-noticed by the average gamer. While there isn't anything differential about X-Blades from your typical hack 'n' slash titles, the experience is one chalk full of immiscible sequences and a memorable protagonist.

NoobFeed writes "The problem arises when the games themselves become demeaning or just downright cruel to those who aren't being marketed to."
Why does this stuff get approved on N4G? Hmmmmmm... Probably because there are too many horny nerds on this site that like to masturbate to this shit!

Hardcore Gamer: The third Reboot bundle is now available, and while it lacks anything involving the early'00s CG show, it does contain some games for a minimal fee. For the first 48 hours of the deal, so until Wednesday, you can get Rune Classic, X Blades, Hoard Complete Pack, Ion Assault, Knights and Merchants, and Planets Under Attack for only $2.

By relooking X-Blades' heroine, Konami has taken the risk to give a follow-up to a very average game. [...] Good ideas are there but they are not mastered, and BoT misses the mark both in terms of art direction and game world. Even though the gameplay is pretty dynamic, it's quite simplistic and the introduction of returns in time is not sophisticated enough to breathe new life to the action. That's unfortunate, because the heroine deserved better.
PROS: Costs 30 Euros, pretty dynamic, returns in time add originality
CONS: Strikes lack impact, returns in time not fleshed out enough, dodgy art direction, Ayumi just won't shut up
Sounds about accurate. But I enjoyed it for whatever it was worth. Plus I just couldn't help but be wowed by her strut when I tilted the LS slightly upwards.
