@ Jack_Burton Wow you get a disagree for wanting a new Colony Wars game. That is sad because Colony Wars is one really awesome game and so if this really is Colony Wars this could help relaunch the space sim genre.

I so think this is great news be it really Colony Wars or a new Warhawk.

I just want this time if it is Warhawk to have a single player campaign. I loved Warhawk's multi-player but Warhawk was not like the Warhawk on the PS1 not to say that Warhawk was bad just different.

I for one want to see a return to a campaign mode. Because that is what I loved on the original Warhawk. Plus you could also throw in the multi-player mode too. I could see a space shooter multi-player game being loads of fun. But at the end of the day I just want the story mode.

the Colony Wars games were absolutely fantastic

Now i am not exactly a fan of the first Warhawk but I know well enough that if this is done right it could be incredibly awesome. Lets hope it's true.

In fact the words unbelievable is an understatement. You can go to any generation and combine the awesome titels released from all platforms in the same year and the ps3 line up alone this year crushes them. I will truelly understand what being broke means, haveing a huge backlog of games feels like, and a 24/7 orgasm from playeing so many great games the rest of this gen. Warhawks online experience/Gameplay is freaking unbelivably awesome. Its a true addiction and I havent played anything like it or close to its epicness. This sequal can only get better. It looks like once agin I will fall linto addiciton and play 2000+ hours... People who have bashed warhawk obviously havent experienced it. you cant just play it for a few hours you got to get the full experience and let it simmer.

is one of the most underrated games i've ever played.

throw it on the xb360 with unreal graphics and xbots would be all over this for sure. but its not so too bad!
But Warhawk, 10/10 in my book. It is such a balanced game and the skill level it can go up to is intense. Better be good at mid-air maneuvers while switching to Chaff and using it while trying to kill a bogey at your 12 that is also doing the same thing to avoid you. Talk about an intense game!
but in space, i hope the "which way is up?" won't mess up the game.

Sony please make it happen.

This could be totally awesome. Actually have a map though with territories you can take over and defend (more of an online campaign), and that would be totally awesome. :)

Oh, and some vehicle / ship customization would be amazing. Allow say 10 points to spend on things like speed, better handling, better weapons, stealth. That would be pretty sweet.

Just bring us Warhawk 2.....with 32 vs 32, KZ2 graphics, in first person perspective with sprint, roll, climb, kick functions & new weapons, vehicles, maps.

But if there's a Warhawk-like game in space then OK. Where's my wallet?
