i read somewhere (can't remember what site) that Lord of the rings fellowship was supposed to be released this year. i think they are planning on releasing them seperatly. again i'm not completely sure about this as it was about 6+ months ago i read this.

anyway can't wait for LOTR on blu ray and since i live in Australia I'm waiting on more anime to come out down here, really wanna see One Piece chopper movie, damn i loved that movie

edit: anyone liveing in australia JBHIFI is having buy 2 get 1 free and BIG W is but 2 for $50 (i think it's $50 check it out)

amazon can tend to be a better place for price. A retail store, almost always more expensive

only to name a few big title coming this year! i love blu-ray you just cant out a price on top notch quality plus they never scratch!

in 2010 you can probably expect Star Wars!

That's my buy line. Once a movie goes below that line it enters my radar and I'm 50% more likely to buy it. Even great movies like Iron Man or Batman: Dark Knight don't really appeal to me until they reach the $20 line. Heck, I bought a great Blu-Ray called "The Curse of the Golden Flower" for around $10 in a used game shop just because it was within my price point. Turned out to be one of the best deals I've gotten on a Blu-Ray movie so far. Anything above $20 starts to get into the "I should just get a game" range, which means the movie has to be one I'd watch at least 2-4 times a year.

Man that's a shame cause until it get's to 20 bucks i will be buying very few Blu Ray disk. And it seem by the time 2013 get's here the tera disk will replace bluray so hopefully it will be cheaper.

If some of you are old enouph to remember the first Dvd movies where priced at 35.00 I still have the first Little Mermaid dvd put out by Disney and it cost 35. As time goes by prices will fall. I see new BR movies being 19.99 sometime this year.
