Inside Digital Foundry writes: "Well known for their incredibly well respected GTR games on PC, driving specialists SimBin have released their first Xbox 360 racing game under the publishing auspices of Atari: Race Pro. It's also an important release in that it's the first console shakedown we've seen for SimBin's proprietary Lizard engine, the properties of which are related here on the developer's own site.
First impressions - alas - are a touch disappointing. The game appears capable of solidly rendering its backgrounds along with masses of on-screen vehicles while maintaining a strong 30fps refresh rate. Resolution is confirmed at 720p with 4xMSAA, which is again, excellent. However, the overall look of the game feels a touch dated, and there's little of eye-candy we've become accustomed to… it looks a world away from Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, and on the refresh rate side of things, Turn Ten's 60fps 360 title, Forza Motorsport 2 clearly has an advantage there."
It’s no secret that the Xbox 360’s lifespan is coming to an end, meaning we’ve got an extensive library of games to sort through and possibly trade-in to GameStop or EBGames. Because of this, used Xbox 360 games are incredibly cheap, and a lot of people might be spending this summer adding those last few games to their collections.

The long awaited downloadable content for RACE Pro is finally here and available for download. There are a number of new cars added to the game, as well as the Mid Ohio track (plus variations) and the Spa Francorchamps race way.
Who the hell was waiting? Didn't know people actually still play this game yet alone bought it.
Seriously ... This game is a joke when compared to great games such as ... you know what im talkin about. Anyway nice effort though. Good luck.
