on your xbox there is a tiny button by the memory card slot, hit that then turn on your controller, hit the button on top by tiny button on top by bumpers

ThanatosDMC6280d ago

Yup, exactly what socomnick said.

Sheikh Yerbouti6280d ago

I've been playing Gears, and my controller would constantly disconnect me when I'm playing co-op against the Beserker. I would get it to charge and...I'm stuck right in the middle of his path. Repeat and you have my afternoon about a month ago. LOL.

I had to get a new controller - still it was cheaper than the DualShock I had to replace too.

why would microsoft fix the RROD problem? it would be like them ceasing all advertisement of the 360 and software. after all every RROD is a console sold to microsoft! its like...free advertisement. 20 year old high school students and the true fanboys alike are the only people stupid enough to keep buying a broken product.

btw... i have a computer for sale...its going to break every couple months but it has MICROSOFT products on it! selling for $200, and for $170 ill do all the repairs. whos in?

"You're right about the fact that in the early versions, we had a problem in the box," Bach said. "Three red rings -- there are a lot of names for it. That was a technical problem. It didn't show up for almost 12 months after we started selling the product. We have addressed it."

Jack who are you kidding the Big Guns at M$ knew about the problem from the beginning they just covered it up until they could do no longer they were getting over whelmed with calls about the red rings and I'll bet you a dollar that the legal boys at M$ said do something now or we will be up the a$$ in lawsuits.

I love the 1st ?
"But during the question-and-answer period that followed Bach's remarks, they put Bach on the defensive.

"Is Windows 7 going to be better than Vista, because Vista is crashing a lot right now?" asked 16-year-old David Moseley, a junior at Graham-Kapowsin High School in Graham. "My friend got Windows 7 through BitTorrent and tested it and said it's really good."

Bach responded that "Vista may be a little bit better than your reputation."

Man is that a class act response from a PR guy what a joke response

My first went after 4 months, so just after the original 90 day warranty was up. I had to pay $170 cdn to get it replaced and was not happy. They then extended the warranty to a year and again, 1 month after that another one rrod'd on me and that was another $170. And I had to fight to get my money refunded back both times after they extended the warranty because both times they claimed they had no record I paid for the repair.

On my 4th console now and have been without my console over 4 months in total. Don't tell me the problem didn't start for 12 months. If that was true they never would have gone from 90 days to 1 year on the warranty, they wouldn't have had to.

Jinxstar6280d ago

Zues. Addressing and Fixing are 2 different things. It's just spinning words... They addressed it sure. They didn't fix it.

Dude, you seriously made a handle just to be a spoiler? I thought that guy down the street from me that lives in his mother's basement and drives up and down on his Vespa while wearing those high water pants with a suspicious stain on the front was a total loser.....you, sir, take the cake. GET A LIFE.

Kyur4ThePain6280d ago

Yeah, you'd think the mods in this place would, I don't know....wake the fck up.
Anyway, just put the dck on ignore.

lord_of_balrogs6280d ago

Ya I hate these fanboy trolls, PS trolls ruined Gears 2 and Halo 3's ending, and it looks like 360 trolls are doing the same to PS exclusives. I hate the console wars.

Zeus Lee6280d ago

I'm sure a group of Ps3 supporters are gearing up to spoil all and every single upcoming Xbox 360 release,it's just a matter of time before they start their 'attack'.

*Sigh*What can you do what can you do.

NaiNaiNai6280d ago

T_T trust me its not worth spoiling, you might end up playing the game you spoil down the line.

i thought the article was about "students grill microsoft on windows, xbox problems" not the killzone 2 ending and i did not look at anybodys comment about the ending kuz the ppl who commented it are pathetic just to ruin it for me

Mcrmarcher6280d ago (Edited 6280d ago )

People who spoil game endings just to piss others off are retarded. KZ2 ending has not yet been spoiled for me so, fck you troll. I'm staying off N4g till the game comes out, so I'm good.

Elven66280d ago

Agree, although Gears 2 was spoiled for me (on Youtube in the comments of a unrelated video unfortunately :/) I still enjoyed the game. Regardless keeping your guard during such things is the only thing you can do, for one staying off the N4G comments section is a good thing.

"Gaming’s Biggest Fighting Franchise"

Press X to (seriously) doubt.

DarXyde4d ago

Underrated comment. I used to hate that game so much that any time my siblings asked me to play it, I just picked Hom and shut myself down mid-match.

And then MK1 killed it again.

15 years went by so fast. I remember playing through the story mode at launch.
