Metroid Prime fans have been waiting 18 years for Beyond but it doesn’t quite live up to the hype. Sure, blasting aliens and exploring sci-fi ruins is as thrilling as ever – but zipping about the deserted world of Viewros on your new motorbike is nowhere near as fun as it should be. A lot of the puzzles are similarly underdeveloped. There are flickers of greatness during this perilous mission of survival but more often than not, it all feels a bit pedestrian. It’s not really what anybody wanted from swaggering intergalactic hero Samus Aran’s grand return.

Nintendo has spoken about why it decided to feature Galactic Federation troopers in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, which has seen mixed feedback.
And that's my disappointment with the game ontop of the lame desert map...
I don't blame Nintendo too much though since they really want metroid to be more popular with the casual crowd as metroid games just don't do too well in sales. Metroid is in that odd spot of in between for the core and casual gamers but just can't do it well.

VGChartz's Evan Norris: "After an eight-year wait, Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is finally here. While it's inferior to the three games in the original Prime trilogy and also recent entries like Metroid Dread, it remains a rock-solid action-adventure game that at times flirts with greatness. The moment-to-moment action is thrilling, the boss battles are among the best in the entire Metroid canon, the art direction and music are exceptionally good, and the technical performance impressive. With more complex and interesting levels, and fewer distractions and half-measures, it could have been a Game of the Year contender. Hopefully Retro will nail the next one."

Never heard of NME and the written review is very short. I’m gonna take this review with a grain of salt.
Looks and plays fantastic, so far on Switch 2. Granted, I'm not too far in yet but what I have played felt great.
Yup, they ruined a perfectly good game with modern slop design and characters.
Desert is particularly awful take.
Now everybody needs to be quiet about it and just buy two copies... One sealed and one to ply ... Hell no ... Trash!
Trash and garbage!
Oh and don't forget the Amibozzz... Ebolozzz
As expected, the 80 to 100 reviews are very quite. The 60's will be very busy in comments section.
My question is , why does it say 6.0 on title of this article when the reviewer actually gave it 3 out 5 stars . 3 out 5 stars to me, is more like a 70 score.
