Bandai Namco and FromSoftware decided to delay Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 in order to improve the game's performance on that platform.
What a name for a title with bad performance right now. Yup Tarnished Edition is about right. They made the right choice to delay this game.
This is far from unplayable. It is running fine and can still improve before releasing. IGN dude who reports that the game is unplayable is exaggerating.

Its crazy that heavy games like this is playable on handhelds. Just a bonus. I bought switch 2 for Nintendo games and indie games, not so much AAA 3rd party games. But happy for those who want to play these games on sw2 😊
What a miserable way to play that game. Plenty of other good games to play on the platform, this just feels like a such a scammy cash grab
