Today, Korean developer Shift Up of Stellar Blade and Goddess of Victory: Nikke fame revealed its next game, code-named "Project Spirits.

From this it seems like a free to play online game is possible such as Genshin Impact etc. since they list it in all of their job descriptions. Hope I’m wrong

Lol they name those games in art releated roles they looking to hired but...

For narrative-related roles, the list of games includes Genshin Impact, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and Zenless Zone Zero.

It more then likey another gacha game , the art style is a dead give away.

ShiftUp is gacha company lol stella blade not bringing in that $$$ like Nikke( gacha game) and the other gacha Victory something.

LOL: that's literally the art style of the OWNER of the company, which incidentally is the art style of ALL of their games (and all of Kim Hyung Tae's games before Shift Up was founded, including a MMORPG and the Magna Carta series of single player RPGs).

Incidentally, they don't have any gacha game called Victory anything, and their financials show that they're very happy about the $$$ Stellar Blade is making and expect to make even more on PC.

I love it when people pretend they know stuff when they actually know nothing.

I'm assuming this is their third pillar.

If they manage to combine Stellar Blade's gameplay, Nikki's story and lore, and the open-world design and content depth from competitors like Genshin and Wuthering Waves, this could become the new go-to gacha game.

It a gacha game 100% and to Abriel i meant Destiny Child smh got Nikke full name miss up with that game

I know his wife does artwork games & mangas.

The 2nd job list Hoyoverse 2x hell should name them 3x because hoyoverse have Honkai Star Rail that is kinda like Persona & expedition 33 🤩 thqt bring in $$$.

It's not his wife. The company is owned by Hyung Tae Kim, one of Korea's most prominent artists and character designers.

ALL the games made by Shift Up use his personal art style regardless of the specific artists who work on them. This is literally his art style and includes no indication of genre. It has been used on games of many genres on all platforms, even before Shift Up was a thing, including Stellar Blade.
