Monster Hunter Wilds is set to launch in two weeks. Despite being Capcom’s largest AAA release, the PC port’s state is dire, requiring upscaling and frame generation for playable framerates. The developers have released a benchmarking application, allowing players to gauge the systems’ readiness. Unfortunately, the performance is dismal, and tweaking the graphics settings barely makes a difference.

A dataminer has discovered an art asset hidden in the Monster Hunter Wilds game files depicting four people playing the game on Switch 2s.
In addition to Arch-tempered Arkveld, each of the Forbidden Land's apex predators are also getting the 10★ treatment!

In the PS5 annual download rankings, the hunting action game "Monster Hunter Wilds," which has been improved in various ways, including the new "Focus Mode" action that allows you to aim and attack and guard, took the top spot. In second place was "ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN," a cooperative survival action game based on "ELDEN RING" that has a revamped game design and allows players to face new threats together with other players. And in third place was "Ghost of Yōtei," a new open-world period drama action adventure from Sucker Punch Productions, the studio behind "Ghost of Tsushima.
My card can run the benchmark fine at 1440p60 so I'm content with the performance. Hopefully they optimize the game more post launch just as they did for world.
