One such game was Rhythm Tengoku, an absolutely insane rhythm action game for the GBA that was developed by Nintendo in collaboration with Tsunku, a top Japanese music producer. When a sequel, called Rhythm Tengoku Gold, was announced in Japan for the DS we assumed that once again Western gamers would go unnoticed. Turns out we were wrong. It's coming to the UK in 2009 and it's got a shiny new name to go with it."

Nintendo has registered new trademarks in Japan for multiple games including Elite Beat Agents, Rhythm Heaven, and Disaster: Day of Crisis. The trademarks made recently include their other famous IPs Super Mario, Mario Bros., Yoshi’s Crafted World and Kirby’s Epic Yarn as well.

Nintendo trademarks four new titles. The names of the titles are Wrecking Crew, Rhythm Heaven, Mario Super Sluggers, and Golden Sun. Let us hope something new will come from these trademarks, either a remake or a new title.
Wrecking Crew and Rhythm Heaven sound like they could be cool new IPs.

A new game in the Rhythm Heaven series was announced for the Nintendo 3DS during the Direct presentation today.
Rhythm Heaven Megamix will feature over 100 mini-games featured in the original Rhythm Heaven title for Nintendo DS, Rhythm Heaven Fever for the Nintendo Wii, and the unreleased version released exclusively in Japan on the Game Boy Advance.
Yeah that is true seems to have the RPG's covered at the moment. Great for those who like them but Zelda and Pokemon is my RPG limits ;) other than that it's all about smash, Mario kart, Pilotwings and Luigis mansion 2. Some pretty great games on the system.
