I think the debate stopped when consoles finally embraced mouse and keyboard and when games started showing up on Steam that require you to play with a controller. Then there's the PS4/5 controller and the Steam Deck/Controller. The laptop doesn't interest me at all, but there hasn't been another Steam Controller since the original due to the lawsuit and if a company can successfully bring into the market an alternative then I think that will get much more attention than another gimmicky laptop aimed at "gamers".
