IGN: Mario & Luigi 3 Update

Early in October of last year, Nintendo revealed that the company would be publishing a third game in the Mario & Luigi series of handheld role-playing games, releasing sometime in 2009. Though the company's been relatively hush on the project since the reveal, the game's set for release in Japan next month so details of the title are starting to hit the public scene.

Mario & Luigi game to the Nintendo Switch or mobile in 2020?

On January 9, 2020, Nintendo of America Inc. filled a trademark in Argentina for the name 'Mario & Luigi'. The application was submitted by intermediary Estudio Berton Moreno and is categorized as Class 9.

It is remarkable that Nintendo recently had this trademark registered - just three months after the AlphaDream bankruptcy. Although the last Mario & Luigi game title was released for the 3DS handheld, AlphaDream already opened up vacancies for a graphic designer in July 2018, working on the Switch and mobile devices.

Loved these games. Need one on the Switch

All the Nintendo mobile games have been really bad, hopefully for the Switch.

They haven’t been Really bad. Mario Run was pretty cool for what it was and it’s one off price. Mario kart is brilliant but shame it’s plastered with micro transactions etc. The base game itself and it is more than playable for free is pretty epic. Can’t beat Mario kart 8 deluxe sure but for a mobile Mario kart it does the job and to say it’s really bad is bullshiiii. It works it’s playable and it’s pretty good just don’t spend money on it simple. Gold pass is pretty lame and the 200cc behind a paywall is utter shite but I rarely race 200cc anyway more so on mobile than I did on deluxe but not paying for it

Mario Kart is absolute garbage with tracks that are just straight lines and the game requires almost no input.

Spinning off

Every once in a while a franchise will throw out a curveball with a spin-off title that is such a departure from what is expected, it is hard to believe that the two titles share the same name.

In honor of the upcoming Persona 4: Arena, a fighting game requiring quick reflexes that is at the opposite end of the spectrum from the turn-based combat married with social simulation that define the latest iterations of the JRPG series, some Press2Reset staff decided to share some of their favorite spin-offs.

I know right....he's much better then Clank

Hell I mean replace Sheva with Daxter

Sheva was the last person I was expecting to see on a top 5 best list. Jill would of been a better choice.

I think Kai from Heavenly Sword deserves an honorary mention...
