Well Monster hunter is a good game probably ONE game out of the vast library that many would consider to be hardcore - Also you know this game was going to go to the PS3 (a monster hunter title, not this one in specific). Furthermore if you look at sales figures on the release of Monster Hunter 2G, would you call all of Japan stupid? Even though this may be a port it still has some updated things to it and overall is a fun game.

I can't believe how in your mind your so quick to criticize someone for their own lifestyle choice of hardware. You know what one says, one who is quick to chastise another is more than likely insecure about themselves.

Developmental cost of the 'S3 were to high for capcom (That I'm sure everyone knows) though the idea of it going multi-plat was a rumor back a few days maybe a month ago, and I think Capcom stated it hasn't left their mind as of yet. Being that Tri~ is supposed to be the last of the series (Sorry I forgot the source, but I think that's what they stated) so an idea of a multi-plat for this would be ideal If this truly will be there last.

odd you say that, when any company like square, konami etc does that. the gamers feel betrayed, but it is just a platform change it's the same dev that worked on the game.

Can rant on when we saw FF being made for N64 then got canned and heard going to PS1, same as watching the DQ series shift. It's business and they do what needs to be done.

Imagine if MH wasn't made on the PSP but on the DS. Whats the relevance's of PS1,PS2,PSP. is there any connectivity? I don't think so, so it shouldn't be any problem. Did people cry foul when the RE series was shifted to GCN instead of PS2 , probably but they still got the RE4 port...Oh star ocean gone to Xbx camp.

Nope, no lock-on never has been never will be it helps with the difficulty of the game though :). Anyway yeah it takes some getting used to and I had to play a total of 12 or so times before getting completely used to the camera controls and this was on my Classic Controller. The Pro model should be a lot easier and more interesting.
