I always do quality mode first, so I can admire the beauty of the game 100% and then if I need the extra frame rates for reaction time or something then I switch to performance.

Same, I have a brain that can handle 30fps, 60fps and 120fps.
But I always chose quality before performance.

I need porn for my eyes.

I can't judge for this game personally, but on other games, when switching between quality and performance I can't see any difference fidelity wise. Obviously side by side you could probably point differences out but when it's fluid and playing I can't see anything. So it's always the 60 fps mode for me

I honestly can't comprehend playing in quality mode in general. It feels like you can count the frames.

I guess everyone is different, I don't mind a little choppy but lower quality visual bothers me a lot, if things are blurry because it is lower resolution, then I feel like I am playing an old game.

Performance mode for me. Heavy action game like this with the camera going every which way - it's got to be performance.

What a breath of fresh air coming from FFXVI.

So vibrant and colorful, especially crisp I'm Quality mode and a 60fps mode that actually runs at a stable 60fps. Can't wait for the 29th to play this in full

Shadows are rooooouuugghhh in both, hopefully they patch it.

Waiting for my new express card to arrive. My switch 2 storage is already full and this game will be 100gb on launch.

the fact they have to call a modern game running on what is technically a next gen console a miracle is just embarrassing. and its not the first time. every time some modern game gets ported over people clap their hands as if to say "wow, how did they do that?"
