Fallout 76 Redemption: A Journey from Criticism to Acclaim

Fallout 76 launched in a very underwhelming state. However, over the years it has added content and adjusted its balance to win over fans.

Redemption? lol

It’s better sure but it’s still not a good Fallout game

We need to stop doing these underdog / redemption storylines years later, of course the game is going to be better compared to launch when the launch was shit. An improvement after updates is an automatically given.

Unless it is No mans sky or should I say a Sony game

But yet, CyberPunk, No man Sky, Final Fantasy:Realm Reborn, and a few other get praised for pulling it together.

Fallout 76 has 14mill players with constant support/Updates and you want to claim it's not successful, really?

Anyway, games launching with issues is not good in any situation, but given the genre of some of these titles is hardly uncommon. They shouldn't get a shoulder shrug, but we can still talk about/play/enjoy the commitment from some devs for fix a game fans we're not happy with.

BUT YET...I'm not one of them

I still think most of them shouldn't really get the praise, I think the only exception is FFXIV but the hype for Cyberpunk and No Mans Sky was higher. Those games promised us for years certain things and how fantastic the game was going to be but they fell flat on their faces

Take all the points, hype and promises Cyberpunk, Fallout and No Mans Sky etc had because even with the new updates it's still kind of far from what they initially promised. They are just in better states which like I said is an automatic given with new updates.

Maybe 14 million people might of logged in for 5 mins over 5 years, but don't mean it's good though or even a success
