Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection is an enhanced and revamped port of the PSP title, which includes all the gameplay upgrades and a few new features. First and foremost among them is the ability to play the game in full high-definition, a first for the Tekken series. Tekken 5 supported 480p, but that was it. You'll be able to play Tekken on your big screen in glorious 1080p if you so choose, bringing a new graphical clarity and sharpness to the game. There are also a couple new characters, Lili and Sergei Dragunov. Armor King is another addition, and he has a new move list backing him up. Be on the lookout for a certain playable endboss, as well.

Sirus Gaming: Tekken 7 will be launching later (tomorrow for US), and it’s time for us to go back to its main predecessors and rank them from worst to best.
Tekken tag tournament 2 is probably my favourite (still didn't play 7 unfortunately)
Others would be: 5, 3, tag1, 2
Tekken 4 gets a lot of hate, but it has the best story, atmosphere and soundtrack in the series IMO. Sure the gameplay was very unbalanced thanks to the new stuff they tried out but I'd pick it over Tekken 1 any day of the week.
I'd probably agree with the rest of the list, more or less.
Was never a huge fan of the Tekken series but I always loved their presentation, characters and cinematics.
The latest one is just all out epic, especially the last battle between Kazuya and Heihachi.

Following its official release in other territories this autumn, The Ling Xiaoyu Bishoujo Statue is now officially available throughout Europe. The latest addition to the popular line of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Bishoujo Statues, Ling Xiaoyu is based on a new illustration by master Japanese illustrator Shunya Yamashita.
"Confused yet? Don't be. Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection is an enhanced and revamped port of the PSP title, which includes all the gameplay upgrades and a few new features."
Yea i think there is some confusion here. I thought this was an arcade port of Tekken 5:DR?
I think it will be a success depending on price point. Just like everything is these days. I hope its not a full price ps2 game - ie. £20 to £30. £9.99 would be worth it thank you.
From the PSP to the PS3? Well...uuuh... looks o.k., but nothing great. No must have for sure.
Less ports and more new stuff please.
PSP version is not a port of the ps2 version or the tekken 5 arcade version.
it is a port of the arcade version of tekken 5: dark resurrection.
ps3 is also a port of the same arcade version and not the psp version.
i'm actually looking forward to this, as it's easier to play on tv than a handheld.
none tekken playing noobs please don't post crap, THIS IS TEKKEN5 DR it is a direct port of the arcade with inhanced textures on the ps3, yes it is also on the psp but the ps3 version is a direct arcade port and has not been downgraded in anyway. and yes it is very worth getting, it's going to be 20 bucks. so yea i'm on that. and if you have not played dr please don't say it's just tekken 5, thats like saying halo2 without the updates and map packs plays just the same as it did at launch.
