Professor Layton and the New World of Steam just popped up during the Level-5 Vision 2023 II event with the news that the Switch game is launching in 2025. Professor Layton and the New World of Steam was revealed for Switch during a Nintendo Direct earlier in the year.
TGS writes: "Starting at 9:00 PM on Thursday, September 25, 2025, we'll be livestreaming the "LEVEL5 Special Match: Exclusive Gameplay Reveal!"as part of the TOKYO GAME SHOW 2025 Official Program! Our guests include Lisa Hanabusa from VSPO! and voice actors Yuki Kaji and Sho Komura, with Mayu Yoshioka serving as host. The program will feature intense head-to-head battles from our showcased titles, as well as the latest update information. A special giveaway campaign to celebrate the livestream, where you can win exclusive original gifts, is also being planned. We look forward to your participation!"
With an official release window set for later this year, fans should expect to see more about Professor Layton and the New World of Steam in 2025.
