Even though the focus of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is on everyone's favorite web-swinger, the lack of anyone from the Avengers seems pretty glaring.

The PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup for February includes:
🕷️ Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
🏎️ Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown
🐲 Monster Hunter Stories
🐉 Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin
🐺 Neva
🚲 Season: A Letter to the Future
⚔️ Echoes of the End: Enhanced Edition
🍛 Venba
🏉 Rugby 25
And joining the Classics Catalogue:
🤖 Disney•Pixar Wall-E (PS2)
All of these will be available to play 17 February
Solid line up.
I knew TDU SC eventually come on PS Plus. Glad I cancelled preorder for Astro or instead.
I heard TDU SC was a mess at launch. Did it improve? I'm going to give it a try
This is unrelated to the actual post, but can anyone tell me what happened to this site? It used to be the best place to get news, but now it seems like barely any big news comes through, there's little discussion, and it seems to be dying overall. I know there was awhile where I couldn't access the site, but that's been taken care of for a long time. What happened?
Love the article description!
Also someone had the foresight to put Neva on there... and monter hunter Stories. Solid additions all around.
They had a strong classic library last year, I don't hope they plan to double down on disney releases again this year, like they've done before.

From Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and Batman: Arkham City to breakout hit Dispatch and new Marvel Cosmic Invasion, these are 10 of the best superhero games you can play today.
YouTube tech analysis channel ElAnalistaDeBits has made a comparison video, showing off Marvel's Spider-Man 2 running on Steam Deck, ROG Xbox Ally X, and PS5 (performance mode)
A noticeable improvement over the Steam Deck, but those reflections are hilarious. You're definitely paying for better quality with that hefty price tag. I do like that density isn't really affected by quality, though.
Yes, it runs somehow in low graphic resolution and with very limited effects. $1000 for this quality?
Looks impressive for a handheld that lets you play anywhere other than a living room or a desk.
Did gamerant forget the game is called Spiderman 2 and not The Avengers? Seriously surprised that a game called Spiderman 2 only focuses on yeah know... Spiderman and everyone around... Spiderman?
Avengers are hugely overrated and uncessary.
Thank god the Avengers don't show up. Sick and tired of them.
Spidy got 99 problems, but Avengers aint one.
This is the opposite of a problem. We need to stop throwing more and more outside characters into these games. Keep it to the core Spider-Man characters and if you want someone else, make a game about them rather than shoe-horning them into games just for the sake of fan service.
If anything, sounds like a Marvel/Disney problem. I mean I don't really want a bunch of cameos and missions from other characters, but it is odd that this sequel had less easter eggs and references than the 1st game, in fact a lot of them were removed. Only reason I can see that is at the demand of Marvel/Disney
