not that anyone wants to stream a shooter game, but still, weird, would apply to Crash Bandicoot, Diablo, overwatch, the rest of their stuff too.
Honestly I'm skeptical of big companies acquisitions of other big companies usually they don't end well.
Less ability to compete, fewer multiplatform publisher's, and a higher entery cost into gaming promotes competition!?!??!?!??!??! How are you meant to compete when you're giving the green light to them to monopolise the industry?
