Baldur's Gate 3 is a masterpiece and a true next generation RPG.

Larian Studios is unable to work on a Nintendo Switch 2 port of Baldur's Gate 3 amid a shaky relationship with the IP owner, Hasbro.
Shaky Relationship meaning Hasbro wanted an even larger cut of the pie moving forward. Also why we're not getting BG4 w/Larian. Hasbro just wanted to bleed them dry.
Because they are busy for the next Divinity game on Switch 2. Fine by me because I already have BG3 on my PS5, and believe me or not, I didn't finish it. Considering I bought the Deluxe edition to play it ahead of everyone. XD
if this were able to run on the switch 2, then theoretically the PS4 pro should be able to as well. can't wait for that port

Our Baldur’s Gate 3 PS5 Pro review covers performance modes, PSSR 4K, split screen, cross play and value, and explains why Sony’s upgraded hardware is the best place to play this RPG on console.
Life is hard, people are annoying, and you wanna do some things you never could in real life. How about you settle down with some of these single-player games from across a range of genres?
Some great games here. I want to play Hades (although the art style isn't my...uh...style), Silent Hill 2, and Hollow Knight.
A decent review. I agree with the cons. I think the controls on console need to be polished a bit more, but without making it feel like a mobile game. The voice acting in this game is unlike anything in the genre, even random NPCs have a few lines. The amount of work that went into this game is something to talk about.
There remain significant problems in coop mode.
Love seeing Larian Studios shining as of late. They were a small studio that created diamond in the rough after diamond in the rough. Their last few releases, however, really show the amount of talent they have.
