GB: "Hogwarts Legacy has a great deal going for it, but like every game, it's not without its flaws."

Hogwarts Legacy 2 will arrive no earlier than 2027, as Warner Bros plans major franchise returns between 2027 and 2028.
Thats ok ! Take Your time and make it gooood.
Playing the first one these days, and got a long way to go before finishing. Awesome game! Gonna 100% it.
I got mine just 5$ for switch 1 version and 5$ for switch 2 upgrade! Very beautiful game.
Man I hope they emphasize the school aspect and minimize the open world Ubisoft-ness of the first game. Open world is fine but it felt like every other game when I left the school.

This is interesting considering they canned the planned DLC and Netflix said they did not even consider the gaming division an asset when evaluating the company.

Epic Games Store has announced Hogwarts Legacy as its new free mystery game, available until December 18.
Some of these issues aren't to big of a deal. Some can be fixed in a patch, Some will probably be brought in through some type of story dlc, I imagine they already have or may have started before the release of the game. Far as quidditch personally I don't feel it would've brought enough to the game and would've taken to many resources away. I'd much rather those resources of been spent for the overall game. Blitzball in ff10 I felt was fun for sure but if it wasn't in the game it wouldn't of hurt it imo.
#1 issue for me. It's called Hogwarts yet I can be gone a month in game days and come back with no repercussion. I want tests and classroom interactions answering magic or real world time period questions. Wake up in bed and head out to lunch with my class, have a howler go off, anything besides "here is a castle to loot, have a nice tour". Give me more Persona in my magical schooling. And unlock dating teacher Kawaka...I mean Garlick
