It's best summed up in the conclusion of the article. The (few) exclusives that does come out for the Ps3 is of high production (pretty good games) and it have a few other solid exclusives. The 360 has more exclusives on regular basis. Kind of like more quality vs more selection.

It this is asking which console has the best exclusives its a no brainer. Its clearly the PS3 I like the 360 better as a console and I own both but there's no way Microsoft mass amount of Shooters does it for me.

Although if Valkryia Chronicles had been released on the 360 like originally intended. This would of been a harder question for me at least.

you PS3 owners talk about exclusives like Xbox-360 never had any, yes things have slowed down but to my knowledge I have had plenty of games to play ever since the xbox-360 came out, PS3 is finally getting the games that have been in developtment for goodness knows how long, what happens when they run out? remember the Xbox-360 is easier to program for, just because MS has not announced the new stuff does not mean that it is not there, I would rather MS keep things quiet and surprise us. Do you honestly believe that MS does not have some aces up there sleaves? if I had told some of you guys a few years ago that MS would be getting the latest in the Final Fantacy series and GTAIV exclusive content you would have laughed me out of the place, you mention Heavy Rain but not Alan Wake, you say GOW2 is dated and praise KZ2 has the next big thing, you praise Uncharted as having the best graphics and that it is not possible on the Xbox-360 which is just rubbish, yes there are some good exclsuive games for the PS3 but how long have you had to wait for them.

So what is my point? my point is that PS3 owners forget how long they have had to wait for there games, the Xbox-360 finally slows down a little with the exclusives produced and the PS3 owners suddenly forget how long they went without hardly any games at all, even if we do not see any new Xbox-360 exclusives for another 6 months you know they are coming, and you know they will be quicker getting here than anything new on the PS3.

The term exclusive does not guaranty a good game. Ninja Gaiden 2 was a terrible experience for me, being a fan of the first one, the second one seemed like a smash button contest. Also for some reason PS3 exclusive don't get the credit they deserve (IMO), although PS3 exclusive are not always great either.
The comparisons are good for those who are looking to buy a console, but for me having both is the best way to enjoy this ridiculously amazing gaming era, the gamer of today has a lot to enjoy in exclusive + mutliplatforms.
Back in topic the conclusion of the article is wrong. I got the variety i wanted from my PS3 exclusive, and the action i wanted from my 360 exclusive (i don't dig fable 2 nor RPGs). I have yet to find a good platform game on 360, any suggestions??????

Trying to downplay PS3 to make it seem it's confirmed lineup is no better than the 360's. So far at least what is currently known, the PS3's lineup is far superior. This gen hasn't been the best for games, last gen consoles are still out there and now there's been talk of the PS6 and Xbox Two for a year or so. Many games this gen will be ported to next gen and the cycle will continue. The re-release of the Neo Geo AES+, games on cartridge for £70 ($95), gaming is going back in time. Gaming has gone pricing mad with the high cost of games, consoles and controllers. The men and women at the top are clueless.

I miss the first three generations of PlayStation. The way they turned PS3 around, we knew they meant business. We were all worried for a bit there around launch. Eventually from 2008 they started shifting slowly. But since Yoshida was fired, it's never been the same. Still enjoy my PS5 daily. I got a backlog dating back to PS2 lol So I'm fine but new games aren't as appealing anymore.

It seems like we were thrown on to the worst timeline possible where everything is too expensive and the wrong people were put in positions that makes the world a shitty place. We could have had Shu as the head of PS but we got the shitty alternative. Same goes for everyone in power around the world. Doesn’t matter the company or country the majority of us got the shitty picks and the world is declining like never before. I do think PS can come out of this because of their studios, talent and IP but they need someone more in touch with gamers leading things like Shu was. They’re still the best place for console gaming imo but it could be much better than it is especially without the massive live service failures. The rest of the world I have a lot less hope for right now. Hopefully the pendulum swings back towards the good ole days but I’m preparing for the worst.

Jim Ryan is the reason why we are entering year 6 since the PS5 launch and many of us don't feel like the PS5 has gotten started as yet.
