It's honestly very interesting how close to a console the Steam Deck is. The hardware is a mixture of new and already mainstream PC tech with a custom APU. Whereas the software is a custom solution. Where it differs is in the openness of the platform that goes for both the way you can experience content from official PC titles to emulators, as well as how developers can approach the platform.
I absolutely love the Steam Deck. Nothings better than laying in my bed playing Phantom Pain at console level graphics. Well worth the money I spent. It’s not the most user friendly handheld out there but it’s definitely the best imo.
