Forever Entertainment has recently announced the release times for two Front Mission remake titles and a surprise announcement for another.
The remake trilogy concludes with Front Mission 3, bringing players back to the events of the MIDAS Incident.
Wasbir from NoobFeed writes: FRONT MISSION 3: Remake has a mixed look when it comes to graphics. The short movie clips (FMVs) have been totally remade with better graphics and animation, but you can still watch the old videos if you want to. The wanzers and landscapes are clearer and have more details than the PS1 version. The explosion effects, damage to limbs, and mech animations have also been improved.
WTMG's Oliver Shellding: "In a world where games can be patched and updated till they barely resemble their original form, Front Mission 3: Remake still could not grow into a better and more satisfying sequel. Clean up the graphics, tweak the AI and make the missions load faster, and you’re still left with bland combat and unlikeable leads. I doubt this’ll be my last time with the franchise, but, in a world where even the best games can be left behind in a blink, I have no choice but to eject from Front Mission III immediately to save myself."
I've been waiting and wanting this Front Mission more than the first two, so I don't know what you're talking about Willis!
It's a great game with a new polish and shine. To people that grew up on the original, it's still a great game. I'm guessing a lot of the lower scores are from a younger generation. Not so much a remake, but a remaster for sure. The original was a 10 for me. Same here
Low scores are probably because they used terrible AI upscaling that butchered background scenes and a botched translation.
I'm excited for these entries. The 3rd game being remade was a welcome surprise sense they only initially confirmed 1st & 2nd.

Honestly, this was huge for me. I’m hoping these sell well and we can get Front Mission 5 released here.
Can't wait to play this on Steam Deck.
