In this Neon White guide, you'll learn the location of Dancer's Gift and you'll be provided detailed instructions on how to collect what is the final collectible in Mission 2: Killer Inside.
Dancer's Gift is located atop a distant bell tower on the right side of the Level and it can actually be seen from your spawn. Reaching the far-off bell tower will require three Godspeed Cards and at least one Elevate Card, though you may want to pack an extra in case you mistime your Discard Abilities."
