Resident Evil 2 Remake makes its 9th gen. debut as TechStomper compares PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 versions of the game
Capcom has announced and released the original Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 on Steam.
Capcom recently released Resident Evil Requiem, and it's been so successful that it's seemingly dragging along every other Resi game with it.
That's certainly true in the UK; the latest physical retail charts have come in, and the top 10 includes five Resident Evil games across all platforms.
This month, unleash brutal finishers in the reimagined Mortal Kombat 1, swing through Marvel’s New York skyline as the iconic web-slinger in Marvel’s Spider-Man, or gear up to repel swarming alien forces in Earth Defense Force 6. All these titles and more are available in August’s PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup. That includes Sword of the Sea, which releases day one into Game Catalog. Meanwhile, Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis bring retro survival horror to PlayStation Plus Premium. All titles will be available to play on August 19*.

That entire article was really trying to overhype the visual “upgrades” on PS5. It’s awesome they came as a free patch ontop of the old version, but yeah I would hardly call any of those a huge improvement.
Advice for the site: when showing images that are so similar, it would be great to be able to display them bigger when clicking on an image, and even better if we could toggle the two images. Seeing the images so small makes it very difficult to see any differences.
