REPLACED delayed until 2023

Sad Cat Studios: "Today we're making the very difficulty decision to delay REPLACED until 2023."

RaidenBlack1425d ago

sad news ... but ok
2023 it is

EvertonFC1425d ago (Edited 1425d ago )

Don't own a Xbox yet but this was on my radar for when I did get one, but tbh with the other games being 2023 now I'll just wait till black Friday 2023 before buying one.
Hopefully the series X is more readily available by then too ie goto a store and buy one, never been a fan of buying online as I love the whole feeling of walking into a store and buying it.
My PS5 can keep me busy till then ☺️

Just wanted to add, what's wrong with gamers today ? 5 disagrees ? Bunch of gaming fannies these days.
Kinda embarrassed to call myself a gamer these days

andy851425d ago

Given your nickname I'll assume you're from the UK? Here the Series X has been fully in stock since April. May be what some disagrees are about

Omegasyde1425d ago

I disagreed because I don’t get the whole not buying online vs brick and mortar reasoning.

Gamers today? You must be new to the internet, people will disagree with you simply because they have the option to. And I wouldn't go calling people fannies if you yourself get your knickers in a twist over 5 disagrees!

I feel your vibe. The last time I bought a console brick and mortar was Gamecube. I picked up a silver one with the Windwaker bundle... carrying it back to the car, racing home to unbox it was magic.

Sadly I now only get that feeling when I come home with a new powertool from Wickes. Been kicking arse with my mitre saw though, life changing!

Sad news indeed.

Kotaku won´t miss it though. (F4#% them)

Eonjay1425d ago

Actually it wouldn't matter what they missed right because everything got delayed anyway. So Xbox's retort against Kotaku is a moot point.

CosmicTurtle1425d ago (Edited 1425d ago )

Did Kotaku not give a positive preview to this game? I am not sure what the relevance of Kotaku is to this, other than reporting the news story.

At this rate, i would love some Xbox devs to come out and say still releasing in 2022

Fishy Fingers1425d ago (Edited 1425d ago )

They're not an "xbox dev", thats makes as much sense as calling them a "PC dev". They're not affiliated, they're independant, they make the call on their game (as they should).

Snakeeater251425d ago

Like pretty much all games scheduled in 2022

Snakeeater251424d ago

Still no release date … we can’t trust dev

masterfox1425d ago

huh ?, lol first time I hear this game name, not a clue what is about it XD

vikingland11425d ago

Same here, never heard of it until now.

RedDevils1424d ago

This delay article is first time I heard of it.
