Pi400 for me. it's a complete emulation solution, the built in keyboard and faster clock speed makes a difference.

I hacked mine a few years ago, have 100 DS roms 100 3DS roms and a few thousand roms from the most popular 2D consoles, NES, SNES, GB, GBA, Genesis, etc. etc.
