Glad I already did that. However pointless it was, it made the world feel more "open" to me that it was even an option.
Edit: Sad to see no fix for the memory leak issue that affects map/inventory/crafting lag about half an hour into the game.
I would like to see an option where I can remove the hud completely on console. The small white markers everywhere get in the way.
