Bandai Namco and FromSoftware decided to delay Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 in order to improve the game's performance on that platform.
What a name for a title with bad performance right now. Yup Tarnished Edition is about right. They made the right choice to delay this game.

If you have the digital version (maybe physical too, don't see why not) on Xbox, can change your console time zone to New Zealand and play Thursday, 6 AM EST instead of having to wait until midnight. Almost a day early.
