Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Spiders: "We're going to cut straight to the chase so you're not left wondering: After a long period without clear answers, we have received confirmation that Spiders is being liquidated.
What does it mean? This means the company as a whole no longer exists. We'll cease our functions immediately. The planned DLC will release via Nacon, and then-- well, that's it.
We're sorry that it's come to this and would like to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years.
If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."

Maybe the school shooting level was to much for Team 17 to accept, I know the airport from modern warfare was a maybe or not before it was eventually included. But we're as Activision just seen shock publicity and the dollar sign, maybe Team 17 just don't wanna cross that line.
Remember, No Russian.
Games were so good back then.
Forgot this game just released on steam. Going to have to buy this.
I see how people would find a issue with this seeing it’s a really touchy subject, but this game is highly realistic and put you in necessarily real world scenarios, even if this game was to release with just normal motels, warehouses, and houses eventually people would request to bigger scenarios such as banks, airports, and schools, it’s not like everyone is like hellyeh a school shooter level for the sake of a school shooter it’s to stop them but sadly everyone is looking pass what the game is all about with this one

"To be fair, you can't blame a publisher for not being ok with a school shooting level. You have to understand they're a business. If the media picks up the story it would become a huge controversy. And at that point the context or the storytelling won't matter. It'll just be another case of video games becoming the scapegoat. We need to stop pretending that video games aren't held to a different standard than every other form of entertainment."
- People can think what they want (right or wrong) on this subject, but the truth of the matter is that you're right...So yes, I do understand why Team 17 did what they did. But would I have done the same if I owned my own video game publishing company? Maybe, maybe not.
