Launch control in Forza Horizon 5 is meant for fast starts, but the mechanic can be irritating. Here's how to turn it off.

Forza Horizon 5 has reportedly sold more than 5 million copies on PS5.
More reason for Microsoft to ditch Xbox and release on PS and PC. Imagine if Nintendo stopped faffing on with consoles, their games would reach eye popping sales, but they love control and that's losing them millions or billions a year. It seemed like a cool thing when I heard about it and worked on some of the slower cars I was using. Thought it'd be petty nice to have when you get to those high power RWD cars that you just can't launch without instant redline and tires being vaporized. The reality though, is that when you get those cars that really need this feature, it'll hold the RPM low like you'd expect, but once you take off, tires are mist just like before. Good idea, poorly implemented.
