This should be multi platform . I’d love to see what they could do with more than NVidia Shield power of the Switch . I will probably buy it when it gets to 20$

It would look great on current gen! I will say Bayonetta 2 looked fantastic on Wii U. It was a blast to play. Good luck getting 3 for $20. Nintendo games rarely drop in price. It takes years.

ZeekQuattro1696d ago

Stop port begging. Also not sure why you think the game will be $20 anytime soon. Bayo 2 on the Switch and Wii U are still $50+ years later and you think this will be different. Lmao Better save up those gold points.

Yui_Suzumiya1696d ago

Shit, Bayonetta 2 is anywhere from $60 to $100 on eBay, lol

Germaximus1696d ago

No. Scalebound looked a million times better than Bayonetta 3.

LordoftheCritics1696d ago (Edited 1696d ago )

Easily. It was also a newer feeling idea.

iplay1up21696d ago (Edited 1696d ago )

Scalebound did not look "a million times better" than Bayonetta 2! Also Bayonetta 2 ran at 60fps! Scalebound was sub 30fps!

Germaximus1695d ago

ooh fps really makes a game. stfu

CrimsonWing691696d ago

Scalebound looked nothing like this!

The monster designs don’t even look the same. You would’ve been better off making Monster Hunter comparisons to Scalebound than Bayonetta.

My issue with the games is that because each one is a different Universe you feel like you don't have a good development arc for the characters as each game is a reset. It felt like a cheap way to start a new game without writing around what you wrote or how you ended things in the last game.

It's a concept that's made the games overall story more confusing then it should be.

You have to be fair with them , knowing that the first game was multiplatform under platinum and sega . second& third are both exclusive Nintendo games . I’m guessing some kind of trade off had to be done for the exclusivity deal with one of the demands being to create a new storyline for the Nintendo games . That came with new lore , new characters and new stakes . As of recently it is said that platinum games re-acquired the rights to bayonetta from sega/Nintendo . I can expect the next game to be more akin to the original game and follow that storyline .

Neonridr27d ago

that report is a rumour completely. As of now Bayonetta is still owned by Sega with Nintendo's involvement for future entries.

@neon

Oh really ? Welp that’s a bummer .
