I just wait for games to go on sale nowadays, most of the time they’re fully patched and have the features they should have by then.
I’d imagine it’s like the US throwing more money at failed policy and pretending like that’s a solution. I would love more games to follow control and immortals. Solid pacing, keeps you engaged for 50-70 hours and then you are 100% done. That shit goes back on the shelf until I want to do it again. That seems like a win/win for everyone.
Theres a lot to be said about waiting a couple of months and picking something up cheaper too. I still haven't gotten Returnal but I still look forward to getting it some time
