Outriders might look like yet another generic sci-fi shooter, but there is a genuinely robust and entertaining RPG shooter hidden underneath that rusty cover.
PS Plus Extra and Premium are set to lose 8 games in February, 2025, including People Can Fly's Outriders.
I am completely disappointed with my PS plus premium. I thought it was going to be awesome and signed up for 3 years right away.
I don't think I've played more than one or two games on it and I've had it for well over a year huge waste of money
I find both services the same as this. You think this big library of games is a fantastic idea but then you play no more than a handful anyway. That's why I only ever have them for a month or two in a year.
I think it's great. 1000+ games and full of quality. Look at January's additions for example. What made it more worth it is the cloud streaming that was added the portal as well
The new option to stream games to my Portal without even having to have my PS5 on has been a gamechanger for me, only available on Premium. To each their own. I know not everyone uses a Portal, but it's really nice for those who do.
Yup it's great just hope the beta ends soon so it has full premium access. Some of the games I want to try aren't on the beta list
Xbox has this for a few years.... I actually like it also, but never really utilize it
@GamerRN I'm talking specifically about streaming on a Portal, but I guess you're referring to maybe a Steam Deck or other PC handheld? There is no Microsoft handheld though that retains the same controller comfort of a console though. I didn't realize how good a Portal actually feels until I played with one in my hands for the first time.
As long as they continue to offer 'free' monthly games that I can 'keep', then I'm good with just Essentials. I was never intrigued or tempted to go to Extra or Premium.
I never have time to just play the "free" games. Sill havent tried Dead Space yet. Too many games lol

I own a Switch and have never played co-op on it. I do play Elden Ring , Demons Souls and some other co/op games with my friends on PS5. Baldurs Gate 3 is the next game I’ll play co-op. Can’t do that on a Switch
I was thinking for couch casual immediate fun.. not online coop games that require some adaptation.

I really liked the demo. It definitely had a better look and perfomance on my Series X than on X1X.
It feels a lot like Gears at first, until you get more into it. I like Gears, and thought Gears 5, was fantastic! The DLC Hive Busters, looks current gen! Definitely a lot going on. The same can be said about Outriders. The different classes, are what really sets Outriders apart. That and the story l, which I think is pretty compelling.

Man this game is super janky. People were hyping it up on here but it is low budget . It sort of plays like anthem without flying . Climbing a rock you load to a cut scene, open a door , loading lame . the graphics for the NPCs and your character look like crap . The shooting is ok but the game is mediocre . I deleted it and didn’t even want to play the entire demo . I won’t even bother playing it at all after that demo . Even if it was free I wouldn’t waste my time it’s not fun or well made
