I honestly don't understand why there are so many negative comments about CD Projekt. I haven't played it myself yet, I still can't get my hands on PS5, but I have a few friends at work who have already played it on both PC and PS4, and they've all enjoyed it.

These hackers are destroying CD Projekt. I've finished Cyberpunk on PC. It is a great game and doesn't deserve this kind of backlash.

If gamers just wanted EA and Ubisoft cut n paste games you got your wish. If CDPR goes under because of this don't start complaining about crap games in the future. This is what I call karma for gamers.

By your actions you are ruining The Witcher 3 devs because 7+ year old console tech couldn't run Cyberpunk 2077.

Has anyone considered CDPR might have got a lot of pressure form the Polish government to release CP2077 because of the amount of money they got from them to develop it? They obviously wouldn't be able to say this was the case if it was.

I believe we have been into gaming for a long time, and I think we all know that games get over hyped. Due to this I have decided to let a game release, and see if the hype is deserved or not. Why in todays age are we buying games on release day? Why not wait a extra day or two to see if it is worth it? I don't blame the makers of cyberpunk. They are suppose to hype their game up. I would blame myself for not being a smarter consumer. In this case I was smart enough to wait, and see what the word was. I still have not purchase the game, and moved on. They do not deserve to be robbed and their code to be held for ransom. This has to be a criminal offense, and those responsible should be held accountable, The same way we need to hold ourselves accountable for being so impatient.

I just want them to continue to fix the game. No one is starving to death in that company.

The Witcher has been their bread and butter for years and people still buying it, but this game that it's supose to 7-8 years in the making ipset the community, and did a poor job in the porting and now this, It wouldn't be surpriseing if all the sudden this company end up in out of business in short

Sony will buy them , Microsoft has almost conquered the western rpg market and there's nothing left for Sony besides the Witcher and Dragon Age , it's the perfect time for Sony to acquire them especially at their weakest point in history.

I just met with one of the hackers and he showed me some source code and it looked legit so I asked him how much he wanted and he looked me dead in the eye said "I'm gonna need about tree fiddy". Well, it was about that time that I realized this hacker was 8 stories tall and was a crustacean from the Paelozoic era. I screamed at him, damn you loch ness monsta! You ain't gettin no damn tree fiddy!.

This is really lame, I hope people responsible are caught and sued into the ground or thrown under the jail.
Cyberpunk having a bad release by no means justifies this action, it kind of gets under my skin much more than it should because despite what CDPR did wrong, they have also done a lot of good too.

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.
