Such a weird post by them. Apparently they just mean the system wide toggle. Which is perfectly fine. This is based off a post they made after this post.
Not sure what's weird about that. The update being system wide is basically free marketing for any game using the tech. I assume they already have access to the update and are happy with the results.
Why is it weird for a dev to let people know their game runs better now? If they didn’t mention it that would be weird
I just mean they worded it like they did a custom thing...which they could do by tweaking base resolution if the upgraded pssr allows it with no image drawbacks. I'd be down for that.

Well, Control has been offered for free on anything that offers a subscription, it's basically like having a blast because they are offering GTA5.
Since No More Heroes 3, War hammer, and MLB the Show make this a nice month.
It was even free non subscription - Epic

FYI the PC version is the Ultimate version by default in term of Ray tracing and other bells and Whistles

Yeah don’t play 60fps mode first otherwise you will think the 30fps is unplayable it’s looks better but for me the 60fps is worth it more than ray tracing
