Only thing I want a true complete edition with all the content including dlc on the disk.

CrimsonWing691850d ago

Be prepared to be disappointed then.

IRetrouk1850d ago

Good luck, they aint even putting the game disc in the collectors edition, they do give you a metal case for the discs they dont give you though,🤣

gamer78041849d ago

Passing on this one, since they decided to censor teh game. apparently Miranda is too beautiful and EDi's too. so much for preserving history.

RedeemTK1850d ago

well you dont get what you want, just like every other day. youd think you would be used to it

neutralgamer19921850d ago

Sure especially when it comes to EA

CoNn3rB1849d ago

We'll you're getting all of the games and DLC and some of the comics. The only stuff it wont have is the ME3 multiplayer and the Pinnacle Station DLC from Mass Effect 1 (apparently the data was corrupted)

nickanasty2061849d ago

Hey neutralgamer, its possible it will be on disc in the UK. I was able to order Mafia Collection from Amazon UK and got all three games on disc. Worst comes to worst that is what I will be doing once again.

A “remastered” version that isn’t even optimized for the newest consoles. Definite buy in my book. Amirite??

luckytrouble1850d ago

Probably don't expect too much of remasters of two generation old games. Remasters were already only pursued for their low effort to high return ways, and since last gen only really brought more power and not too much else, it was a straightforward process.

Consoles now have a lot of cool features that these games just weren't made with, and are so old it's questionable if the investment is really worth some minor conveniences and shiny things for working in more than basic compatibility.

Not saying it's a good thing, but considering the purpose of remasters as established last generation, I get it.

Unknown_Gamer57941850d ago

It's still better than anything Bioware could make from the ground up now, so I'll take a remaster of some games made in their prime.

Knushwood Butt1849d ago (Edited 1849d ago )

Better than anything?

CrimsonIdol1849d ago

Definite buy for me. Even just for the first one (and I already own it on PC and 360). I want to play it again and this is likely to be the best way to play it so I've been holding out for it. Don't really care about whatever it's supposed to be optimized for.

gamer78041849d ago

also censored, apparently had plenty of time to manually adjust scenes and anything involving the beauty of some of the female characters.... smh

Still totally going to buy this. Love Mass Effect.

gamer78041849d ago

new and improved less sexy version too! ..... LOVE mass effect, but i'll stick to the originals. this censorship is getting old :/

Kaze881849d ago

Anyone who has lately played the first one (which has the best story/plot) knows how jank, static and outdated the game itself is. Anything to make it run better with modern features will make that soooo much better.

Nodoze1849d ago

I was very distracted. Lucy is absolutely stunning. She could read a dictionary to me and I would listen to every word.

Less creative freedom, more executive demands that change every 3 months.
