Xbox have done a great job with the BC implementation methods, the games look and play so much better than they did on the xbox one, even without a TV that supports HDR, the colours seem so much more pronounced.
Can't wait to see how they will look on a 4K TV.
I think the leg work done for Bac Compat by Xbox during previous generation really is proof of why you see games look fantastic on Xbox Series X/S. I am glad that my digital and physical purchases will be look and play great moving forward.
I'm surprised he says PS4 games get a boost to virtual surround audio when running on PS5. I never noticed this myself and in fact I thought I noticed it wasn't the case. By comparison the PS5 games are phenomenal using tempest.
On my phone the images look better on series x, on my tv the other way around.
