Aww... man I remember the various encounters of that 'headless' ape. Of all the bosses, that one still gives me nightmares.

Brilliant game though. Wish I could mind wipe and play it all again afresh.

I put down my controller after beating his first phase and had the nastiest surprise of my life seconds later.

ArchangelMike1910d ago

🤣🤣🤣

Exactly. And when you tink it's all done... he later introduces you to his wifey... 😒

monkey6021910d ago

Reaction videos to the Guardian Ape and the Kite Guy were my go to entertainment for a week straight 😂

FunAndGun1910d ago

Haha, yes, the Wooooooo videos were very entertaining. What a great moment in gaming!

Chexs19901910d ago

Why are they releasing a GoTY version though?
As far as I know, there weren't any expansions or adds to the game right?

Furesis1910d ago

i was thinking the same thing but why not i guess?

CrimsonWing691910d ago (Edited 1910d ago )

I’d assume It’s for those who haven’t purchased it yet.

It’s more of a marketing gimmick.

LoveSpuds1910d ago (Edited 1910d ago )

Exactly what I thought, its same bloody game!

I dont mean to be negative here, I adore Sekiro, but this seems really exploitative to my mind.

Si-Fly1910d ago

Are you being forced to buy it twice?

LoveSpuds1910d ago

I think that they are exploiting fans of the game by trying to resell the same game, this is Activision we are talking about.

I_am_Batman1909d ago

What are you talking about? In what world is a free update containing boss challenges, player recordings and unlockable skins exploitative? If they wanted to resell the game they would lock that content behind the Goty rerelease.

LoveSpuds1909d ago

Blimey, not looking for an argument here, like I said,I absolutely love Sekiro. From the advert, it seemed like they are trying to resell the game as a game of the year edition which seemed somewhat dodgy when it will be the same game that is already available, that's all I was trying to express.

don't pay for this streaming platform, just do some research and find free streaming elsewhere. they took money after I canceled

This looks cool, but there's something off about the art. It looks like they added sketchy lines to make it look gritty instead of making it look gritty.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Review

NoobFeed editor Ahnaf Tajwar writes - FromSoftware cooked up one of the best combat systems with Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and never did anything like it again. That may be a good thing, as it makes this game one of a kind. If you are a fan of Souls games or a borderline masochist, you will, without a doubt, love Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice because it is a masterpiece. It is a must-play for all hardcore gamers.
