Sony recently revealed that some of PlayStation 5's key games, including Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, are also releasing on PS4. While there have been concerns that these cross-gen exclusives won't make the most of the new hardware, it at least means a wider audience will be able to play them. But what are the key differences between a PS5 and PS4 version of the same game?

Our Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales PS5 review covers combat, DualSense support, performance modes, story and value, helping you decide if this shorter spin off is worth web-slinging into.
I’m amazed that this is now a 5 year old game, this gen feels like it’s barely just got going.
Good review, but mostly struck that we take it as read that a game that has a stated length of “8-12 hours (main story), 15-20 hours (story + side content and trophies)” is talked about as a short game.
Insomniac Games mastered the PS5, and now they've upgraded their games for PS5 Pro, bringing new ray tracing effects and performance modes.

PlayStation's Back to School sale includes big discounts on a bunch of PS5 exclusives, including Marvel's Spider-Man 2.

I tell ya, Miles swinging...looks so darn amazing! And the attention to detail Insomniac has put into this game shows me (not that I expected any less, but really shows me they’re really evolving more and more as a team/studio and I can’t wait to see what not only the finished game looks like for this, but to than see Ratchet and Clank later next year, which is stunning looking alreadyand than Spider-Man 2 at some point in the not too distant future, which I bet will be on another level entirely.
Insomniac isn’t playing around, and I love it =) Sony’s devs, always having fun brining out the best in each other.
Playing this on my PS5
They said you can feel actual tension with dual sence controller this sounds amazing. Combined with its got better graphics than anything else out there on any other platform
