That's exactly what I was thinking lol.
I hope mine doesn't turn up early as I missed out on day one & infact missed out on 2020 shipments altogether.
Last thing I want to do is hold that controller for 2 months straight with nothing to use it on lol.

Got an email from Sony asking why I didn't jump through a load of hoops on the low probability I would actually secure a pre-order on a PS5.

Sony realizes that the only way to showcase their new controller is just to put it in the hands of their players. Its one of those things that you can try to demonstrate, but will never really be fully realized without holding it. Good for them for getting the accessories out earlier. I bet this helps with shipment logistics for consoles on day one. Not sure if any of you have noticed, but i have had massive issues lately with carriers, specifically FedEx. My packages lately have been arriving anywhere from 3-5 days later than expected shipping date, i hope this helps with that, really planning on being able to play mine on day one - and even took the whole week off of work for it. Luckily for my PS5, i did store pickup, so that shouldn't be a problem, but definitely worried about my series X on release day considering my problem with carriers recently.

Yeah, they sent me a few emails last week to confirm all my preorders, they are sending out all accessories it seems. So far they have confirmed and the following (HD Camera this is what they call the PS Camera, Controllers, Controller chargers, Pulse Headset). I'm just hoping that I can get they accidentally send the ps5 a couple days before street date LOL.

edit: I plan on using the ps5 controller on the PC, Atleast then I will get a good feel for it a few weeks before the PS5 release.

Does anyone know if you can use one of these to play PS4 games on an actual PS4?

Wuchang is great. Nine Sols didn’t have a physical copy so I never played it but I’ve heard good things so I will check it out. I stopped playing sports games many years ago when before the card dlc’s or whatever they’re called.
