During the Monster Hunter Direct following the Nintendo Direct, Capcom announced Monster Hunter amiibo to tie in with Monster Hunter Rises which was announced today, alongside Monster Hunter Stories 2 Wings of Ruin.
A new amiibo has its release date from Nintendo, and pre-orders have started revealing the price and how it's the most expensive figure ever.

I used to collect amiibos, especially the Smash Brothers ones. Ended up with nearly 100 of them. Eventually sold them all to a collector. I pick and choose which Amiibos to purchase nowadays, but usually it's the Zelda ones.
