People are seriously believing the Nintendo will be able to produce a 4k capable switch with our current technology? The PS5 and Xbox Series X are 4k capable due to them having a large ram pool, high clock speed GPUs and CPUs. Both the Series X and PS5 are far larger than a Switch.

If there is one and it's going to require me to re-buy every game I have for the Switch already, Nintendo can go suck a fat one.

Meanwhile you don’t have the best car, people drive Ferrari’s. Those people game on PC in this analogy. If visuals are all you care about then consoles aren’t really the answer.

Im fine with a 1080p screen and a slightly better performance. That or a dock only switch capable of 4k, why not.

A dev wouldn't say that with actual info on it. They'd get in trouble, especially with Nintendo of all companies. But I expect it for 2022

Just imagine if Nintendo announced something like "Gamecube 2" with similar specs to PS5 / Series X.

I miss a non gimicky Nintendo console, like N64 or GameCube. I just want a new Mario with ratchet and Clank level of graphic, or Zelda with ghost of Tsushima level of graphic, is that too much to ask? In this rate, that might not happen until next next gen for Nintendo... :(

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.
