Sony revealed that the DualShock 4 and other third-party PS4 controllers won't be compatible with PS5 games, and that sucks.

Speed Factor throws players straight into a neon-lit highway of nostalgia, where punk rock riffs and pixel-perfect visuals collide in a furious symphony of speed. Inspired by the golden age of 80s and 90s arcade racers, this game invites you to tear through 50 diverse tracks across five vibrant locations, each brimming with retro flair. From customising traction assists to upgrading classic rides, Speed Factor is more than a race; it’s an adrenaline-fueled journey through the heart of arcade rebellion, demanding both skill and swagger from every driver who dares to take the wheel.
Today, Bungie premiered its “Developer Insights | Runner Shells” video of their PvPvE survival extraction FPS Marathon.

The Outerhaven writes: Bloodborne is still one of PlayStation’s most beloved exclusives, but it remains trapped on PS4. Meanwhile Demon’s Souls got a full PS5 remake. But why?
Demon's Souls was a PS3 game.
Bloodborne is PS4 and can be played on a PS5.
There's no need for a remaster.
Because they're saving that for the PS6 to lure in all the suckers that will think they're making a sequel, but the whole gen will pass by and From won't ever touch it because Song doesn't care for either Demon or Blood outside of remakes.
Because they made them do something else, then they canceled it and who knows what they are doing these days. They dont understand what they have and honestly i dont think they know what they are doing either.
Lame
I like it most third party controllers are garbage feel like garbage and break quickly and you have to jump through hoops to get warranty. I always go oem controllers if I bought couple of consoles off of Ebay and it comes with a third party controllers I always chuck the controller in the garbage.
You mean like just about every generation ever? which has bothered literally no one? Being able to use Wii controllers sure as hell didn't help the Wii U, so not sure how this is going to equate to anything.
I'd expect better than this from IGN.
This has never once been an issue at any time ever in the history of game consoles. Why is it suddenly an advantage or a criticism now? Being able to use your old stuff is great, but it doesn't matter in the larger picture.
