It's obvious Sony's not going to stick with PS Move for next gen VR. But they are not going to keep tossing out controllers and headsets like PC does. They can't do that for consoles. It would split the market of haves and have nots. It would have been like Microsoft releasing 10 different Kinect cameras with different features.

PSVR gamers could say Oculus controllers are atrocious compared to Index. But we don't run around downplaying other headsets. Usually PSVR gets downplayed because it ends up getting exclusives like Iron Man, RE7, Ace Combat 7 mode, etc and the PC doesn't. I seen the same downplaying on Road to VR. PSVR blah blah blah. But PSVR just keeps trucking along.

It's console VR: generation 1. Moves aren't perfect but they're not terrible either. This is not the PC platform where everything goes and release as many as you want.

Move is ok for certain kinds of games, but an analog for movement would be much appreciated for games like this. I cant really get into games where there is constant movement(most fps style games) with the move controllers. Move is fine for things on rails, or where movement is minimal. The accuracy of the waving around parts is quite high.

Now I just wish developers would stop putting disembodied hands in their vr games. They're distracting, and not really how people see things. It always makes me feel like I'm running around like roger from american dad.

Lol, but aren't most games murder sims. Although I get what you mean by being in first person virtual reality.

Imagine GTA5 in VR, now that's murder sim to the fullest. Stealing cars, killing people, strip clubs, sex with whores. Politicians would have a field day.
